电视剧《青盲》该剧是内地首部描写关于越狱题材的影视剧，号称“中国版越狱”，剧情主要讲述战争中一场诡谲多变的死亡游戏一段置之死地而后生的完美越狱，一个为了逃出去而进来的越狱者，黑狱中一场关于“高智商越狱”的全盘调度。
转眼数十年过去，正是哲宗在位之时。破落户高俅（魏宗万 饰）凭借一身的奇技淫巧深得端王欢心，随即平步青云。待端王继位为徽宗，高俅更到了不可一世的地步。
本作的舞台也设定在冲绳的磐户岛上，当时的磐户岛正进行著自治权回复运动，但在某一天，在岛上出现的珊瑚岩受到了宿敌白细胞G-Monster的攻击，而为了保护磐户岛，男主角青与人型IFO（Intelligent Flying Object）相遇，并与G-Monster战斗的故事就此展开。
一九四九年，程瑞祥携妻林丽卿从内陆来港途中，因环境所迫卖妻，甚为后悔，惟有只身来港以拉车为生。六年后先后遇上赵大年与上海大亨车月亭，但在一次走私事件中，大年被充军帝汶岛，于是瑞祥肩负起抚养大年之子振鹏。因此事故，瑞祥得月亭之信任，委以要职，并与郑带好结婚。，脱离月亭自立门户，但在感情上起波折，舍带好并拒月亭二女沪生之爱，与前妻复合。七三年，丽卿病死，瑞祥事业出现危机，再向沪生追求，欲振事业，惟此举遭振鹏妒忌，大爆内幕，瑞祥众叛亲离，最后打回原形，郁郁而终。
