《老夫子之小水虎传奇》根据王泽的著名系列漫画《老夫子》改编。将经典四格漫画以2D复古风再度呈现于大银幕，并全面启用日本动漫金牌班底。老夫子与大番薯这对为华人观众所熟知的拍档，将与全新动漫形象“小水虎”一起，与性格各异的四大龙王交手，在神奇精灵的帮助下远涉深海、奔赴大漠，对抗反派“火爆王”引发的海洋危机，展开一段曲折离奇又趣味横生的旅程。
