《明星大侦探之头号嫌疑人》是是芒果TV首次实现全民互动参与的互动微剧，由芒果TV原生自制的明星角色扮演推理节目《明星大侦探》衍生而来。它让观众在线上化身侦探，找寻线索，直接进入剧情本身，体验一次当主角的感受。节目以“烧脑剧情”与“悬疑推理”为主打亮点，兼具电视剧与综艺双重属性，激发玩家智慧、演技与艺能的较量。
