ABC直接预订《灵书妙探 Castle》主创Andrew W. Marlowe及其妻子Terri Edda Miller开发兼执笔的新剧《卷土重来 Take Two》，并已找了Rachel Bilson及Eddie Cibrian当主演。《卷土重来》是部轻松向的程序剧，讲述女主角Ella（Rachel Bilson饰）以前是部大热警察剧的主角，但处于低迷的她为了重振演艺生涯，于是跑去找粗鲁﹑栽跟头的私家侦探Eddie（Eddie Cibrian饰），希望观摩真实案件来作为角色研究。Eddie原本很讨厌这种保姆似的工作，但Ella却用演技以及演了200集警探的经验，协助了Eddie的调查；而当新闻开始吹捧Ella成功解决一件高调大案时，Eddie发现一堆新客户来电，表示希望聘请主角二人查案。
