死亡通知，这个实验性计划，将会经过好几轮的测试，每一轮的测试，都会挑出几个即将过世的特定人选，观察他们收到死亡通知以后的反应和作为，再依据每一轮的观察结果，决定人类未来，是否都能收到这倒数七天的死亡通知，无论曾经活得多么悠然自得或是挣扎在生命的边缘，作为感情动物的人类，每个人心中总有牵绊、总有挂念、总有遗憾吧…… 到那时候死亡的方式已然不再重要，重要的是这7天时间怎么活，是天界给人类最后不留遗憾的机会，是死神的怜悯。而这个机会人类是否能善加利用？
