剧情以清末古玩圈为背景，讲述了一个祖传水仙盆因其的家庭巨变。由吴樾饰演的车夫天和，原本是老老实实闯荡北京的“北漂”一族，憨厚朴实，与莲花李小冉“闪婚”后，两人在勤勤恳恳过日子的同时，也逐渐产生了感情。然而天不遂人愿，一场变故让莲花手中的水仙盆在古玩圈引起巨大轰动，在金钱和利用的诱惑下，天和好像变了一个人，不仅脱去土布棉衣棉裤，变身西装革履的纨绔少爷，内心也开始“蠢蠢欲动”。
