原名《When It Happens To You》，由Gwyneth Hughes创作，Alex Kalymnios执导。 本剧背景为还未修改立法前的北爱尔兰，故事发生在2013年至19年之间，讲述三位女性和她们家庭的真实经历，探索围绕北爱尔兰堕胎问题展开的激烈争论。 1967年的堕胎法案，允许了女性在英国进行堕胎，但该法案当时并未覆盖北爱尔兰地区。
影片讲述了以南洋华侨叶梦华、吴德龙、何日珠、安妮等为代表的华人青年与日本领事山本、间谍马修和黑龙会头目野田展开抗战及针锋相对的故事。

《新宿SEVEN》描绘了在新宿歌舞伎町典当店铺工作的天才鉴定师七濑身边发生的故事，中村伦也将饰演在七濑身边学习鉴定技巧的实习鉴定师大野健太，与离经叛道的七濑组成搭档，逐一解决难解案件。他透露剧本是围绕着主人公七濑身边事展开的，但是大野负责故事的另一条线，与主人公一起构成故事的主轴。
