《黑客帝国3：矩阵革命》（英语：The Matrix Revolutions）是一部好莱坞的科幻电影，在2003年上映。由沃卓斯基兄弟执导、基努·里维斯、劳伦斯·菲什伯恩等主演，香港电影武术指导袁和平担任动作指导。本集也是黑客帝国三部曲的最后一集，上一集为《黑客帝国2：重装上阵》（英语：The Matrix Reloaded）。
