《大声呼唤你回来》是以一个盲人为主题的家庭伦理剧，讲述的是一个由意外致盲的女孩，遭继母抛弃，后被一个普通人家收养，女孩相继遇到了两个同样出色、同样深情的男人，在他们的帮助下成为歌星。其间围绕在这三位主人公身边发生的故事生动、曲折、感人至深，催人泪下。该剧由鼎龙达(北京)国际文化传媒有限公司、北京金腾世纪文化传播有限公司与东阳飞天传媒有限公司联合摄制。
